Beavertown Social is a night, built to explore news sounds and ideas, as well as letting loose and dancing through til the early hours! Every month Beavertown Brewery brings three brilliant new bands to Central London’s most revered small venue The Social to truly confirm that Thursday is very much the new Friday.
This July rising minimalist pop-noir duo MYNK are our headline artists! Fusing brooding indie-rock with sprinkles of pop sensisbility, they’ve been turning heads all over London recently, a definite must-see! Also on the bill is Cosmorat – equal parts playful and edgy they bring together the dramatic world of St Vincent with the exuberant energy of Superorganism in an irresistable sonic cocktail. Opening the evenings proceedings is Fuzz Lightyear, a Leeds-based group self described as ‘noise-rock-slash-grunge-via-garage-rock-peoplepunks’ who have been opening pits all around the UK in recent months – a perfect way to kick things off!
