alx frncs is a bedroom folk artist existing between Brighton and London. Her writings often focus on coming to terms with her fractured childhood, juxtaposed with unhealthy anxiety surrounding existential dread and anger, with audiences often relating to those themes left unsaid in their day to day. Her influences include artists such as Julia Jacklin, Nick Drake and Haley Heynderickx.
