ACCESSIBILITY AT THE SOCIAL
The Social welcomes anyone who may have accessibility needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate as many people as we can. Unfortunately we are not able to host customers who use wheelchairs in the downstairs venue space. The only means of entry and escape is via narrow staircases and there is no reasonable or safe means of us helping customers in a wheelchair get down to the basement.
We are able to host almost all other guests with special access needs including those with hearing, visual or hidden impairments and customers who are less mobile, but do not require a wheelchair.
If you are unable to stand for long periods we’d be happy to situate you in one of the booths closest to the stage.
Assistance dogs may be allowed into the venue depending on the type of event.
CARER TICKETS
If you require a companion/carer at the show we are happy to provide a +1 free of charge as long as you can prove their need by issuing us with a copy of any of the following: CEA Card / Access Card / Hynt Card / Blue Badge / Disability Living Allowance / Attendance Allowance / Personal Independence Payment.
TRAVEL
The nearest station is Tottenham Court Road which provides step free access and is an 11 minute walk from the venue.
TOILETS
The Social has an accessible toilet in the upstairs bar which is accessed via a RADAR key.
HIDDEN DISABILITIES
We are also aware that disabilities are not always visible and are happy to cater for those of you who have hidden impairments. Please contact Carl at [email protected] with your questions and requirements if this is you.
